I’m also someone who previously struggled with my weight, health and fitness.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you reach YOUR midlife big health and wellness goals!

Here is a little bit of background about my journey and how I can help you with yours!

Can you relate? 

This is a photo of me in my 30's.

My passion for helping midlife women started in my mid 30's—long before I realized how close I actually was to it.       

 I struggled with my weight and tried what felt like every diet out there. I felt bloated, tired, and frequently craving sweets.

All that left me feeling more than a little bit defeated. 

I was beginning to wonder if it might not be possible for me.  

I didn't give up and figured it out!

It did NOT happen overnight. 

 

Over time, I figured out a way: one that focused on balanced nutrition, smarter movement, and a healthier mindset.

That weight loss and health journey inspired me to earn my health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and help guide others to reach their health and wellness goals.

Years later, when fatigue, bloating, and brain fog started sneaking back in, I went into detective mode.

I discovered that midlife health needs a fresh approach—keeping what still works, letting go of what doesn’t, and adding new easy to follow tools and action plan to support our changing bodies.

Now, I bring all of that experience together, both professional and personal, to help midlife women go from feeling stuck and frustrated to strong, calm, and focused.

 

 

 

 

  

         Bringing together my 20 + years experience as a Registered Nurse ("the traditional side"),  my experience as a Certified Health Coach (combo of the traditional side with a little bit of the "woo"), my personal weight loss and health journey, to help you reach YOUR midlife health (40's, 50's and beyond) goals.

Great news, you don't have to give up desserts! You just have to plan for them! :) 

Shhh... Don't tell anyone, but I wasn't a fan of cooking until my late 40's! 

Secret... healthy foods can taste AMAZING!

I'm always looking for easy ways to add protein into my day. Did you know broccoli is a great source?  

If it includes an ocean, I'm there! 

Kind of funny since I live in the Midwest! 

Did you say volleyball? 

I might be 5'5 but I can spike like a 6' player! I will hopefully be playing in my 70's!
